4. Flow chart 4.1Gas production processThe gas gasifier plan adopts the cold and clean gas production process, and the process flow is shown in the process flow diagram.The process flow chart is as follows:4.2 Process flow chartThe upper pipe gas produced from the two-stage gas generator is about 80 to 120 ° C and the calorific value of about 6688 to 7106 kJ/Nm 3 (1600 to 1700 kcal/Nm 3 ) to the electric tar catcher tar. The lower part of the hot gas (furnace outlet temperature is about 550 ~ 600 ° C), the heating value is about 5016 ~ 5434kJ / Nm3 (1200 ~ 1300kcal / Nm3) first through the cyclone dust collector and then cooled by the waste heat boiler, and then further cooled by the air cooler After that, it enters the indirect cooler at the same time as the upper part of the gas to be separately cooled, and is mixed at the gas cooler outlet to the electric catching oil remover to remove light oil, residual tar and dust. The treated cold gas is pressurized by a gas press and sent to a desulfurization tower to remove H2S, and then delivered to the user.4.3 Process characteristics4.3.1 The two-stage gas generator is used to produce the producer gas, and the gasification efficiency and thermal efficiency are high. Low production and operation costs, high degree of automation, low labor intensity, and good operating environment. The gas has a low impurity content, a high calorific value and is stable.4.3.2 The in-line cooling of the gas is carried out by using an air cooler and an indirect cooler, and a full gas cooling process is implemented to effectively control the direct contact of the phenol-containing gas with water to generate a large amount of sewage.6.
